Local residents, working to bring people together to celebrate the richness of our diversity, to facilitate an inclusive community and equal access to services and opportunities.

We are the one community for all, we support our community by:


-supporting individuals through accredited information, advice and guidance
-by facilitating community activities
-acting as a bridge between mainstream services and our diverse communities.

Lincolnshire Community Foundation is a local grant making and support organisation. They offer a range of grants throughout the year to local community groups.
Lincoln Local Motion
LocalMotion is building a social, economic and environmental justice movement, by communities, for communities.

GYROS
GYROS (Great Yarmouth Refugee Outreach Support) is a multi-lingual Human Rights charity currently supporting LEAN to establish in Lincoln.

GYROS offer accredited advice; facilitate community activities and undertake research into migrant populations in the East of England.

We are currently sharing knowledge and expertise to build LEAN into a thriving local resource for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities in Lincoln.

Our History

LEAN was established in 2021 to support culturally diverse communities within Lincoln.

LEAN Launch event was held on Monday 7th of November 2022 with participants from local communities, public service providers and funders.
